We hired Melody (Sweet Condesa) as one of the two bakers for our August 2018 wedding! We wanted to offer some Filipino inspired desserts to honor and highlight my husband's Filipino culture. Thanks to Melody, we were able to do that in such a beautiful and DELICIOUS way! Weeks prior to the wedding, Melody provided a personal tasting experience of possible options (e.g. guava cheese, ube flan, dulce de leche, etc.). We'd committed to another baker prior to meeting Sweet Condesa at a bridal fair in Lafayette, but both Melody and our other baker were willing to work together to create this fusion of cultural dessert cuisines. We ended up selecting the ube flan tartlets and calamansi bars. Even those of our guests who were unfamiliar with these desserts absolutely loved them and raved about them for weeks following the wedding! We were also so touched to find that Melody made my husband and I a special box of treats as a gift after the wedding. Melody is such a thoughtful, talented and hardworking baker. Melody created the most amazing cake and dessert bar for our July 2019 wedding in Fremont! She was so fun to work with throughout the planning process and even did a personalized tasting for us at our home. Her desserts are not only delicious tasting but also beautiful! The Ube Panna Cotta especially was so stunning and matched our wedding color perfectly! I LOVE chocolate cake and the Tableya Chocolate Cake is one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. I'm so excited to eat it again on our first anniversary!

We were so happy when we found Melody of Sweet Condesa. Her desserts were the perfect way to incorporate Filipino heritage into our wedding - unique, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious. Her dessert bar was such a hit (every single piece was gone with no leftovers) and our guests loved it. Melody went above and beyond and even custom created desserts from my hometown in the Philippines which was such a special touch! Every year on our anniversary we get desserts from Sweet Condesa to celebrate! Her desserts are so delicious that we try to get them as much as we can during her pop-up events as well. BOOK SWEET CONDESA. You won't regret it!

Melody is super sweet! We met her during our test tasting and everything tasted so good it was hard to narrow down what we wanted to choose for our menu package-so instead we went with a bigger menu package that included: Ube Panna Cotta, Guava Pinipig minibars, Dulce de Leche Tartlets, Turon Pie Bars, Tsokolate Cream Pie Bars and Calamansi meringue Tartlets! Her desserts are not only delicious, but so beautifully presented! Everyone at our reception really enjoyed the desserts table-it was a highlight of the night for many of our guests! We highly recommend Sweet Condesa to add the perfect desserts to your event.

We’re so happy to have learned about Melody and her delicious desserts just in time for our wedding day! Sweet Condesa offers an amazing selection of Filipino desserts that reminded my wife of the childhood sweets she loved growing up but more elevated and perfect for special events! All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about our desserts, with our favorites being the turon pie bites, pandan shortbread, and ube flan tartlets (though everything was absolutely amazing)! Our wedding cake was a tsokolate cake with barako coffee buttercream (so GOOD), and Melody beautifully decorated our cake with our florals as well as our custom toppers. Outside of the desserts, working with Melody was an absolute pleasure. She’s kind, sweet, and very professional. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and takes pride and great care in her craft. Hire her–we’re so glad we did!!
